Opportunity x 10 is a real opportunity to change your life and your family’s lives, as well as all who follow you. It is available to anyone in city housing and/or on public assistance. It provides beautifully appointed housing in new, full service buildings with brand new amenities; day care with the best of essential age-appropriate materials; tutoring for school age children and adults; traditional academic schooling and vocational training ie:plumbing,electricial,carpentry,culinary arts etc..; accepts current rents paid by NYC. This program is a pilot program to be copied throught out the United States to end generational poverty and to help produce a more productive society.

We are working with architects to get a variance on the property.We and intend to build approximately 450 new units with top-notch amenities within apts ie: state of art kitchens & bathrooms etc … there will be a central laundry facility in building

The building will be away from the revolving door environment currently existing in NYCHA housing developments and Shelters that suppresses the development of their residents
